The 26th of May around 60 Greek Downhill riders took part at the 3rd race of the DH cup of Greece.
Supertrail is not a "joke name" looks like for the first time this year we were in front or a read downhill hard core trail. Jumps, drops, dust, rocks and roots !!!
Our Marios "BigPAPA" Papasimakopoulos at his first Official race this year had a fantastic seeding run in 2nd place (time 2:45.699) behind the Greek cup leader Kostantinos Andriotis ( time 2:36.343) but in the race a tree branch got in his wheel braking few spokes and ending his chances of victory.
Andriotis also crashed and the same the other favorite rider John Yannou, leaving an easy win to the fast and always consistent Dimitri Oikonomou (time 2:48.988).
